DATA COLLECTION, MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY 

Respectful of the trust you place in SNB through the data you entrust to it, SNB takes the greatest care to protect and maintain the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with the legislation in force.

The term “Data” means any personal information that you provide to us in the context of our online, e-mail or telephone business relationship, the purpose being the proper execution of the contract binding us or any information communicated in response to our regulatory obligations.

In application of the law, you have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete your personal data. For certain actions, this right can be carried out either directly by logging on to your customer area, or by contacting our RGPD manager at the following e-mail address hello@sanabay.com with the subject line “Request within the framework of the RGPD” or by post to SANABAY, for the attention of the RGPD manager at 104 avenue de la résistance 93100 Montreuil.

Nature of personal data

By personal information, we mean all nominative information collected by SNB (SANABAY) concerning its customers. This information is required when you create an account on the SANABAY website (www.sanabay.com) or when you place an order online on the website. This information is necessary and mandatory to process your order and the delivery of your products in the best conditions.

This data may also be used in the context of newsletters or marketing campaigns regardless of the technology and platform used by our Company SNB, on condition that you yourself have explicitly given your consent by ticking the box provided for this purpose on our site, when placing your order or by voluntarily subscribing to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each of our campaigns.

> Main identification data: surname, first name, address, email, telephone number

> Information necessary for the smooth progress of the order and its delivery: name of the recipient, method of delivery, delivery address and address additions (code, intercom…), invoicing address, order history, delivery note, reimbursement and invoices…

> Information collected in the context of a complaint and its follow-up by our After-Sales Department

> Electronic identification data (IP address, cookies, etc.)

> Data relating to newsletter or emailing campaigns to keep you informed about our brand news

> Information related to the social networks of our SANABAY brand: content sharing, interactions, advertising displays, competitions, promotional operations. The processing of this information is based on your prior consent to the social networks you use.

> Information on the navigation of visits and visitor behaviour on our site is collected for statistical purposes.

> Our customers’ bank data is not recorded by SNB: this data is encrypted and is managed directly by our partner STRIPE. Only the means of payment used is known to our company.

Security and Confidentiality of our employees, partners and service providers

We are committed to ensuring that each employee or partner of our company SNB respects the security and confidentiality of your personal data, whether they collaborate on a one-off or permanent basis, whether they support our company through human resources or by providing digital solutions in the technical, commercial, after-sales or marketing fields.
